"I was on my way back from Myrtle Beach when my aftermarket fuel pac started giving me trouble,( 530 miles from home) -- I rolled up to the service department at noon the guy's took me right in, got rid of the old fuel pac, installed new plugs, downloaded a stage 1 flash, cleaned out the air cleaner, test drove the bike and I was back on the road in less than an hour. The bike runs great!!! Now thats what I call real customer service. Just want to say thanks to the great guy's in the service department.

"I just recently I switched from a metric to a 1200 Custom Sportster. The first thing I purchased for the bike was a touring windshield for it. Your parts guys were more than happy to go over all the options that were available. Yesterday the bike came to the shop for it’s 5000 mile checkup. Bill asked if I had any problems or concerns about the bike. He knew exactly what to do to the bike, to take care of everything. I wasn’t even out of the parking lot before I knew I found a good mechanic, and a great dealership with lots pride, from the boss who took me for my first test ride, to the ladies selling apparel and everyone in between. "The staff at White’s Harley-Davidson did everything that they could to make my wife and I have a positive experience as we bought our first ever motorcycle. A new 1990 XLH 883. I felt very important as they introduced me to the members of each part of the White’s Harley-Davidson team, and they provided us with all of the gear that my wife and I will need to be safe on the road with our first Harley!
