"I recently had my '06 Superglide in White's shop to rectify some warrantied work that had been previously done incorrectly at another dealership prior to me buying the bike. This previous work had been done incorrectly resulting in further problems, the severity of which was getting worse. Frank and his team correctly located and diagnosed the problem and issues involved. Frank contacted HD and explained the problem, getting authorization from the manufacturer to fix the problem at no cost for parts or labor to me, even though White's service team put in a couple more hours of work than they would be reimbursed for. They treated me as if I had purchased the bike from them as opposed to another dealer in the area. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and treatment I received from White's. "I got my first hd 15 years ago ,my second hd was a 1982 sportster i had it for 6 years and had a TON of problems with it but WHITES was always there trying to help me, and they always did. then they sold me a 2005 dyna at a GREAT price and a GREAT service plan too. The bike, my first Harley couldn't be better.
I'm having fun riding it and recommending Whites to my friends.
My only disappointment. When I buy a vehicle new or used from a dealer I feel the oil and filter should be changed
so you're starting out fresh.

"My wife and I are extremely pleased with both Lightning’s (XB9S), the handling, the power, reliability, and the innovations built into them.
I will say Buell got it right with the Lightning. Over time, I have had a few sport bikes, and Harley’s, but nothing like the Lightning. It’s hard to describe the feeling you get from a bike when riding, other than its fun factor, which is off the scale! The ease of handling and maneuverability this bike delivers is awesome! I could go into all the aspects of the bike, but that’s what brochures are for. To me this bike is about fun riding, taking mountains roads, and being different.
My wife, Yvonne, tends to take off ahead me for now, since I am still working on the 1000-mile threshold on mine, which is ok; she handles the turns almost effortlessly. The first few times (and still from time to time) I watched from behind as she leaned the bike through a few turns, had to say it made me nervous. However, the astonishing part was it was effortless for her to handle the bike, and to think, when she wanted to drive instead of ride, I started her off on a Blast. Which in looking back on whole experience was the best thing to do, it helped her to develop good riding skills, and she made a smooth transition to a larger bike, while having fun along the way!
The Dealership, Service Department, and John Brandt have done an excellent job for us. I am pleased we took the time to meet you at the York Open House and take test rides all day. I just wish we had taken a test ride a couple of years ago on a Buell!
